Teachers Are The Heroes We Need

They gave purpose to our childhood
They inspired us to do great things in life
They taught us to be successful in life
They played a critical role in shaping us and our future.

Teachers are arguably the most important representative of our society.

As we carry what we are taught at a young age and those teachings matter for the rest of our lives. A child mind is like a blank book and teachers help parents a lot in writing that book, they make sure that their teachings help children in handling future problems.

Today’s youth is tomorrow’s leaders and teachers have been educating us in all ways, whether it is about life lessons, sports, science, technology or learning traditions. They shape leaders of the future in the most positive way so as to build a great society to live for generations to come.

Teachers have the power to change lives and thus, have the most important job in the world.

All of us had our role models and teachers have been role models for students, this connection is invaluable. Our failures during school won’t make our teacher lose faith in us. They still are positive and confident about us. They teach us how to stand up and face failures in life. They expose us to the topics that we might otherwise not come in contact with.

As a child we have never seen our teachers accepting failures, instead, they showed us how to succeed in life. They know when and how much to push the students, when to show them the right direction and when to let the student struggle and find their own way out. But they won’t let us give up.

Listing out below a few of many attributes that I learned from the teachers:

1. Passion for learning new things:

Teachers build up our interest first and then make us learn things. They develop our interest and attention before knowing any new things.

2. Patience:

They are the best example of patience. How patiently they teach us and answer all our queries, how nicely they deal with the school system, students, parents and their personal life.

3. Power of sharing:

Teachers are the best example of how sharing is important in our society. Rightly said, knowledge increases with sharing and that sharing is caring.

Chanakya has rightly stated, “Teacher is the maker of the nation”.

Teachers through their love and sacrifices have shown us the right path in which great men have built our nation. It is our dear teachers who mould our character, our personality and show us the right direction which leads us to our destination.

Teachers are the nation-builders; because of them, we will grow to become knowledgeable people who will be of use to society, religion and our nation and country.

Teachers truly are the backbone of our society because they majorly contribute to shaping the future of a nation, i.e. students and guide them in becoming an ideal citizen of the country. They help in developing a country socially as well as economically. They showed us the power of education and dedication in the real world.

Next time, if you achieve something great, take a moment and be grateful for the teachers who made this possible for you.

Happy Teachers Day to all the Guru’s 😊
